So how does coaching work?
It’s simple (and hard).

The simple part . . .

· We talk by phone or Skype every two weeks.
· I ask you a bunch of questions. You answer.
· We agree on what you’ll work on before the next call.

The hard part . . .

· You have to be honest about what you’re dealing with.
· You have to confront things that are holding you back.
· You have to be open to change.
What can you expect from coaching?

· Fresh and deeper insights and perspectives.
· Understanding how you’re holding yourself back.
